Update To The First Freeze of 2022

This church was so happy whenever we were able to have it back open before weekend services.

Last week we informed our Newsletter that Dallas was going to experience the first freeze of the year. This freeze was going to be below 10 degrees weather with some possible sleet. We knew this freeze could bring some problems when it comes to water damage. When the weather gets to that temperature pipes tend to get frozen and burst. This pipe burst can bring water damage to any building that may suffer from it. 

Sadly a local church in the East Dallas area experienced this disaster bringing water into the building from the pipes. SERVPRO was called into the area within a couple of hours of the situation. We needed to extract water and install equipment to keep this church in stable condition. Thankfully this process took around 4 days and the church was able to be open for any weekend services that they may have had.
