Steven is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of East Dallas.  He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Odor Control, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation.

Being the Production Manager at SERVPRO of East Dallas comes along with a lot of responsibilities. We're happy to have him on board and so are our customers. He's gone above and beyond to ensure that we leave a house or business in a better fashion than we found it. He is always teaching our technicians new techniques and is always giving helpful advice.
